Water does not pass through solid concrete for no reason. Over the top of the footing and through block

A full interior drain tile system with a sump typically lands somewhere between $4,000 and $15,000, driven by how many linear feet of wall need drainage, the foundation type, and whether the basement is finished. Find the Source Before You Spend
